Is professional woodworking sanding machine with very flexible fittings to meets any challenge of of sanding work, SRRP series is combination of sanding rollers and graphite sanding pad, 2-3 sanding frame makes it very flexible to use different grit of sanding papers, the metal roller on the first sanding frame gives a very powerful calibration work, and the 2ed rubber roller or 3rd rubber roller combine graphite sanding pad gives a very fine polishing work.If the surface is very un-uniform on thickness like rough cut slab or finger joint panels or any gluing jointing lines like door or cabinets which glue lines also consumpt too much sanding belt, a helical spiral cutter can be used on first frame, then it can give a max 3mm thickness different planing works and effect is equal to 120 degree sanding, and latteral 2 sanding frame will give a fine polishing works.

How to chose a right sanding machine tips
1 If you do very big thickness sanding work, then cutter block can be considered it can give max 3mm thickness planing work
2 If you want to do normal thickness calibration work then first sanding frame use metal roller to give max 0.5mm thickness calibration work, second frame rubber roller can give 0.2-0.3mm calibration work, 3rd frame use roller and sanding pad combination can give a very good polishing work like 240#
3 If only do calibration work like prepar for painting or lamination preparment work, then use all roller rather than sanding pad to make sure there is no tears on the corners
4 If do very thin material sanding, then chose vacuum table model to make sure the material is not wrap or fold when do sanding.
